Anyone involved in the world of social media understands that Twitter has immense value and influence can be developed through the correct use of Twitter. Can anyone become influential on Twitter? Sure! But how do you measure that influence? Is it through a 3rd party like Klout or Kred or PeerIndex? Is it the number of Twitter followers? What is it?
