I've been somewhat of a late comer to social media (or is that a late early adopter ?? ). At the same time I started looking into affiliate marketing. In my 2 months of seriously studying twitter and the online business models (from crap to fantastic), I've finally come to the essence of it for me

- are you a high value proposition twitter-er ie high value service or product with loyalty relationships your aim (and therefore long term relationships)
- are you a low value proposition essentially aiming for volumes of users to convert to sales with no reciprocal relationship

Thanks for your blog entry, I'm developing a keen eye for identifying high value propositions and aiming to find ways to emulate those whom are true service & product providers.
